Christmas is coming and that means every little boy and girl are anticipating the toy catalogs each week to see what they can add to their Christmas wish list. I think it’s safe to say that regardless of what is on their list there’s bound to be something from VTech on it. I mean how could it not?! Their toys are fun, educational and (luckily for us parents with kids who are hard on EVERYTHING) extremely durable! Not that kids care about the last two as long as their FUN but it’s a bonus for us parents who are spending the money on these toys.

Toys may be fun, but no parent wants to have a gazillion of the “same kind of toy” lying around their house, and because this mom trusts VTech to have a NEW innovative and educational toy selection around the holidays that’s obviously where I looked first. Below, you’ll see what I’ve found plus a special holiday giveaway that your little one will love to see under the tree with a bright red bow on it!

Baby/Toddler Toys from VTech


This year is a special one for us because it’s my niece’s first Christmas. Now, as stinkin’ adorable, as she is I haven’t bought anything for a little girl in a long time, let alone one for a baby so I’m not going to lie, I was a little stumped on what to get her and as usual, VTech came to my rescue.

Tummy Time Discovery Pillow

Both of my boys hated tummy time when they were babies until we got them a Tummy Time Discover Pillow from VTech. After that, unless they were fussy we had no problems getting them to have their “tummy time”. Back then there was no friendly giraffe (like there is now) to keep them company as they strengthened their neck support and it was definitely not big enough to support their backs as they learned to sit but as just as babies seem to be a little more advanced with each generation so does VTech.

What child wouldn’t love their very own ball pit?! Heck, even I want one! The Pop-a-Balls Drop and Pop Ball Pit not only features 30 bright colourful balls any baby/toddler would love to play in but you never know they may grow up being a future NBA or WNBA player thanks to the slam-dunk hoop that counts to 10. As if that wasn’t fun enough, your baby can flip the balls off the reservoir and have them come back into the ball pit for them to continue playing with while they learn.

Stroll and Grow 4-in-1 Tek Trike

Now, this kind of trike is something I always wanted to get for my boys but aside from a Radio Flyer there was nothing quite like this Stroll and Grow 4-in-1 Tek Trike. My niece may still be a little young to appreciate this gift but come Spring time she will be the perfect age to grow along with it as the trike transforms through 4 different and fundamental stages of her life. Her parents can enjoy a relaxing walk as she plays with the electronic panel that teaches her left from right, road safety and about her neighborhood as well as the people who are in it. With the recent release of Cars 3 I have no doubt that this fun interactive toy from VTech will be on the top of a lot of wish lists this year.

Kids have to turn the key to start the engine and get ready to race with Lightening McQueen and join his friends on a learning adventure that will teach problem-solving skills, beginning letters, counting, memory, and logic in 15 different games with cool animations and sound effects

Colton is going to be thrilled when he finds this under the tree and it will probably be the first toy he begs me to open and maybe even the last (at least for the day).

Kidizoom Smart Watch DX2

A couple months ago I was lucky enough to review this product from VTech and let me tell you I am still reaping in the “brownie points” from this toy.
