Jamberry Nails - Review and #Giveaway

How many times have you done your nails, thought they were dry, only to realize they weren’t…  once you mucked them up that is!  I have done this plenty of times and because of this, was more than happy to try an easier, dryer approach with Jamberry Nails.

Before this, I had heard of nail wraps and I have to admit I was a little intimidated to try them - I really wanted them to work and I didn’t want to mess up the process.  I know now that I was being silly because they were easy to apply and the best part is I had everything I needed at home to do this:

  1. I used some rubbing alcohol to clean my nails.
  2. Lined the wrap up with the nail I wanted to use it on.
  3. Warmed the adhesive side of the wrap with my hairdryer for a few seconds, placed the wrap on my nail and applied pressure by smoothing the ridges out with my nail.
  4. Cut the excess wrap with some scissors and filed the rest off.
  5. Used the hairdryer to help the wrap stick better and fixed any last minute touch-ups
Sealed With A Kiss nail wrap

As easy as the application was, I’d be lying if I said that it was all fun and games.  I did have some troubles along the way but nothing that was even that noticeable.  Besides these two very minor situations I was very happy with this product.

  • I am right-handed and completely incapable of doing anything with my left hand alone.  I think that next time I may ask for some assistance in applying the wraps.
  • I had a hard time finding a match for two of my fingers they were either too big or too small, completely understandable though, considering not everyone has the same sized fingernails.
