Comfortable shoes are a must for me – sandals, boots, slippers, flats, heels… It really doesn’t matter, if they’re going on my feet they have to be comfortable! In fact, I am the mom who wears her flip flops to the bus stop until it snows just because they are comfy.

I recently had the opportunity to work with BEARPAW on a review of their Women’s Camila Boots and Mindy Slippers.


Now, not only do I like comfortable shoes but I am also a very indecisive person, especially, when it comes to any kind of fashion item. It was no different when I was picking out the two pieces I mentioned above (I’m sure once you take a look at the BEARPAW site you’ll understand what I mean). BEARPAW has so many GORGEOUS and stylish pieces, I didn’t want to regret my decision later. Also, ever since having kids, my feet seem to fluctuate in size depending on the style of shoe. I ordered a size 7 in both shoes and they fit like a glove!

GIVE HER COMFORT WITH THE “BOYFRIEND SLIPPER”

The Women’s Mindy Slipper from BEARPAW is the equivalent of the “boyfriend shirt” or “boyfriend jeans”, they keep your feet warm & toasty. They make you feel like you want to cuddle up in a blanket and binge-watch your favourite holiday movies when you’re wearing them. A few more features that make these slippers a great gift choice:

The only downfall I noticed when I wore them without socks at first they seemed to have turned the bottoms of my feet black (there are 4 different options for this style and I chose the black pair). I’m not sure if maybe there is a dye in the sheepskin or not but after a couple of wears it seems to have subsided. Either way, it’s minor and nothing a little soap and water didn’t fix.

The winters we have in Manitoba may be a little too cold (-40°C and up) for these particular boots but I did wear them on Halloween, it was -5°C with slushy snow – they kept my feet warm and toasty.
