What an amazing collection of recipes! I do like the idea of mini pancakes, I remember when my 7 were living at home they all loved pancakes as did I. I’d be stood at the stove forever making pancakes which were eaten with lemon juice and sugar. There was seldom any left for me 🙁

Right!? I only have a family of 4 and I still feel like I’m making an endless supply of pancakes and french toast. I’ve never tried lemon juice and sugar with the pancakes but it sounds very interesting!
