Christmas With Oliver’s Labels

I love to decorate for the holidays! Making our home Christmas-y, as funny as it may sound just makes me feel more “jolly”. It helps me get into the Christmas spirit every time I turn around and see something that signifies the most wonderful time of the year.

Oliver’s Labels’ Room-eez™ Personalized Stockings and Santa’s Village Holiday Decals were perfect for what I had in mind. This is the first time that I have ever used a decal on these walls, to be honest it’s only taken me this long because I was afraid the cheap paint in my apartment would come off the minute that I peeled the sticker off, this is not the case because I tested one of the tiny snowflakes on the wall before I placed the others.

Now usually when it comes to any kind of decorations on the wall I leave it all up to my husband. I may have an artistic eye for photography but what looks good where is usually his thing. Santa’s Village was a lot of fun for me to put together. It came complete with 75 assorted decals including the snow and I had a blast trying to decide exactly where to put each character as well as the scenery decals to tell a story. I must say that it turned out amazing and it is something that I am quite proud of. Every time my son walks out of his room and sees it he says “Wow Mom, you did such a good job. I love it!” which, is funny because he was sitting there the whole time saying “Don’t put that there!” with each new decal I picked up.
