Healthy Family Expo 2015 + $2000 #Giveaway
If you’ve follow my blog I’m sure that you’ve seen a few posts from January on how 2015 is going to be different. I plan to live a healthier more active lifestyle, this is basically a life-changing experience for me and my family. For someone like myself whose gone her whole life full of bad habits and not paying attention to living a healthy life; the dos, the don’ts or the how tos. An event like the Healthy Family Expo being held in Vancouver at the Vancouver Convention Center on March 29th from 10 am-5 pm can prove to be beneficial for the questions that I have:
