Rocking Around The Christmas Tree With KIDZ BOP Christmas Wish List #HolidayGiftGuide
A few nights ago we FINALLY put up our Christmas tree. In this house, the moment the tree STARTS to go up is the moment that Christmas music gets blasted from the speakers. I swear it is the best kind of motivation; you know all the classics so it’s not hard to sing along and when you’re singing a Christmas carol you don’t care what you sound like. I swear my neighbors probably thought that there was a cat in heat in my suite as they heard me belting out the songs from KIDZ BOP Christmas Wish List.
My son LOVES Christmas music but I swear if it’s sung by another child or a cartoon character, it makes it even better. I get it; I mean I was a kid once to, I used to listen to Alvin and the Chipmunks (what was I thinking?) and the California Raisins (yup they had a Christmas cassette… and yes, I am that old!) As much as I may not be into funny character voices anymore, I have to admit I do enjoy a child’s voice.
KIDZ BOP Christmas Wish List has 14 classic holiday songs sung by kids for kids including; Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, Jingle Bell Rock and Winter Wonderland. I plan to listen to this CD at least once a day until Christmas gets here. Who knows… if my son has it his way probably after that too!?
What’s your favorite Christmas song?

I can’t believe Kidz Bop is still around. I vividly remember all the commercials for the music on tv.

When I was younger it was the Mini Pops so Kidz Bop is still fairly new to me.

There’s no way I could narrow it down to one! I love so many of them. I love how it gets the whole house in that Holiday mood! 🙂

Me too! Even if you claim to hate holiday music, you still can’t help yourself but sing along.

Hahaha you mentioned the California Raisins! That brings back memories of my own listening choices as a young child! We don’t have any Kidz Bop CDs but we have seen the commercials! My oldest likes “real music” so she won’t listen to the Kidz Bop versions but for her younger siblings who don’t know the difference something like this would be great for them! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

My son is good to go either way. He just loves music in general and will listen to just about anything… but than again he is only 6 so he has lots of time to acquire specific tastes.

My son loves music too. I bet he would love this.

We put up our tree this week too. I love having chirstmas music on all throughout the season. Right now I think Destiny’s Child Christmas is in the CD player

I was just listening to that the other day… and than my son made me shut it off because he didn’t know the songs. How rude!

Kid Bops is AWESOME! My kids love singing along with them, and I love that they contain cute voices!

It’s great to that the the “regular” CD’s are all hits that they play on the radio.
