May long weekend has long since symbolized the start of summer and weekends away at the cabin by the beach, campground by the lake…wherever people have or can get a summer spot.

I’m not much of an outdoors person myself but I do love to “glamp”. That’s not to say that I don’t like to camp or anything to do with it. I just hate sleeping on the floor and air mattresses never fail to deflate throughout the night, also porta potties and public showers aren’t my thing.

Everything else I love and one day I’ll tell you all about them but for now I’ll just tell you my favourite. I DON’T HAVE TO COOK! I swear, not once. My husband–unlike me–is an outdoors man and loves to cook over an open fire because lets face it, everything tastes better that way. Oh, and our breakfasts always include eggs; scrambled eggs, egg sandwiches, french toast smothered in eggs…whatever we can think of.
