From iPhone To Samsung (My Pros And Con Of My Switch)

I finally did it!  I have converted and am now officially…  A Samsung owner.  I have to admit it was  something that I’d never thought I would do but at the same time, knew it was only a matter of time before I did do it.   Is it weird that just before I signed the contract,  I was absolutely terrified?  I almost didn’t…  but I’ve always been curious so I took the plunge.
For three years I had an iPhone and I knew it like the back of my hand.  Definitely something, that I did not want to give up.  However, change is not something that I have ever been afraid of and I wasn’t about to start now.   After having the phone for a few days I have to say…  I actually like it!
Don’t get me wrong,  just like anything new it has its pros and cons but at the moment,  I’m mostly seeing the pros.
PROS
  • It has a better camera, even the video is much clearer.
  • Bigger screen makes it easier to do, well…  everything, really.
  • I’m not sure what it’s called but with the swipe and text thingy my finger never has to leave the keypad, making it faster to type what I want.
  • All of my notifications stay hidden and not cluttering up my screen, until I want to see them.
  • It can read my mind, it’s like it knows what I want to say before I finish.  I’ll never have to type a full word and maybe even a sentence again.
CON
  • My hand is too small so I have to use both hands; one to hold the phone,  the other to type with but I guess that’s really a con for my hand and not the phone.

I never thought I’d say this, but I am glad that I made the switch and I’m sure that their is so much more it can do that I have yet to discover.

Have you ever made a change that you weren’t entirely sure you wanted to and ended up being glad you did?
