I really love these cookies. They are easy to make and perfect for when you want something chocolatey!! The cookies must be kept in the freezer because they do melt quickly if left out.

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or better yet, use one of these reusable silicone baking mats.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, vanilla extract, melted butter, coconut flakes and cocoa powder until mixed well. The mixture will be gooey.
  3. Scoop the no bake cookies onto the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Use the back of the spoon to gently press/shape the ingredients into a 3″ cookie. Keto No Bake Cookies process
  4. Once you have all the cookies on your baking sheet, place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Store in a large freezer bag in the freezer for whenever your sweet tooth hits.

Keto no-bake cookies are easy, yummy and low in carbs. The recipe uses less butter than your traditional no bake cookies and has no added sugar for a much healthier choice, yet just as yummy snack or dessert idea.
