Boozy Bloody Mary Ice Pops

Let me tell you, alcohol on a stick has got to be my new favourite summer treat! Not that I overly indulge in them, of course, but when I’m trying to keep cool in the heat a nice refreshing ice pop will do just what I need.


Sweet & savory like a BOOZY PINK FLAMINGO ICE POP is usually my go-to choice for a cocktail popsicle but every now and then a fiery Bloody Mary is just what my taste buds are craving.

Bloody Mary Ice Pops are not just for Sunday brunch or hangovers, these “adult” ice pops are seasoned to perfection and the perfect salty cure to a hot day!

Boozy Bloody Mary Ice Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice or V8 juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 garlic cloves minced (2 teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large pitcher and mix with a whisk to combine.
  2. Pour mix into the popsicle molds, up to the fill line. Snap the lids on each mold and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  3. Before serving, run warm water along the bottom of each mold and gently release.
  4. ENJOY!!

Boozy Bloody Mary Ice Pops are proof that this fiery cocktail is not just for Sunday brunch or hangovers anymore! These “adult” ice pops are seasoned to perfection and the perfect salty cure to a hot day!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice or V8 juice
  • 1/2 cup vodka use a lime flavoured vodka for some extra zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • hot sauce to taste optional

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large pitcher and mix with a whisk to combine.

  2. Pour mix into the popsicle molds, up to the fill line. Snap the lids on each mold and freeze overnight or for at least 6 hours.
