21 Simple Mouthwatering Fruit Recipes

I love fruit of all colours, shapes and sizes – they’re delicious and important for our overall health. But as much as I love fruit, I have to admit I can sometimes get sick of eating the same old one the same old way, much like I would with the same old chicken or steak.

Did you know…the daily recommendation of fruit is anywhere from 1-2 cups, depending on your age and gender.

It’s nice to just change it up sometimes and explore new flavours & textures. I’ve compiled 21 Simple yet Mouthwatering Fruit Recipes for the next time you get the urge to change things up a bit.
